Our beautifully appointed 5-bedroom rental is the perfect choice for families, groups, or friends seeking a comfortable and convenient stay near the heart of Boston. With 2,000 square feet of living space, a private backyard, and free parking, this home is the perfect home base to explore Boston and have a comfortable place to gather together at the end of the day.
This generously-sized, 5-bedroom historic home is designed to comfortably sleep up to 12 guests. Each bedroom has been thoughtfully furnished to provide a cozy retreat, with ample storage space, plush bedding, and charming decor that exudes New England charm
You'll enter into a dreamy sunroom that was just completely redone. Our custom entry way will have you wanting to do renovations at home! This sundrenched room is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or cozy up with a book. Beyond the sun room you'll find a spacious living room with a flat screen smart TV and pull out queen couch, an elegant dining room with a stylish mantle, gold bar cart, and decorative fireplace, a fully stocked, large kitchen with new appliances, and the first full bathroom with a shower and rain shower head.
You can either take the main staircase with exquisite wood detail or the kids will love racing up the second set of stairs in the back to the second floor. This floor has 3 queen guest rooms and an additional custom tiled full bathroom with a tub. The third floor has the final two queen bed guest rooms.
Each bedroom and the first floor has its own mini split for custom temperature control.
Outside, you'll find a large patio with twinkling string lights, a spacious dining table, a gas grill, a cozy coffee nook, and outdoor games like corn hole and bocce!
First floor:

Situated just a mere 4 miles from the heart of Boston, our Medford property offers the ideal blend of tranquility and accessibility. You'll have easy access to all the attractions, cultural landmarks, and entertainment that Boston has to offer, while still enjoying the serenity of a residential neighborhood.
Our driveway can accommodate 2-3 cars and there is additional free street parking.

- Assembly Row is just over a mile with many shopping, entertainment, and restaurant options!
Public transportation:
There is a bus a 1 minute walk from our home that comes every hour and takes you to Wellington station. We are 4 stops from North Station (TD Garden, the North End, etc.).
We are dog friendly and there is a $125 fee, per dog (2 dogs, max). This does not cover any damage or waste pickup and all dogs must be house trained. If you are bringing your pup along, we must know at the time of booking and prior to your arrival. Please note that we do not allow cats due to guest allergies.
While we strive to minimize guest disturbances, we regularly maintain our home and may conduct lawn care during reservations, particularly on weekdays or during longer stays.
