The wall to wall sliders open completely to the screened-in pool area which features a dining table, loungers poolside bar and gas grill. The ground floor offers a fantastic kids retreat with living area, kitchenette with sink, microwave, refrigerator & wine cooler. Lots of activities with ping pong table, corn hole, assorted games. Get a basketball game on in the large driveway. Two bedrooms with king and queen beds located on ground floor, one of which also has sofa bed.
