Relax and stay at this beautiful family home in the most desired location in Seattle. The home can sleep 16 guests. Open floor plan! Lots of room to accommodate all your needs with a beautiful yard.
There is a Mother-in-law unit on the property, which is not part of this listing and you can book it separately for additional fees if you want all 7 bedrooms. It has a private entrance and has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a full bathroom, a full-size laundry set, and a newly installed kitchen with a gas cooking stove. It has a smaller dining area and a living room with 50” Smart TV and queen size sofa bed. You will need to book this separately or you can book the 7 bedroom listing. I list the MIL separately to accommodate (to provide options to) smaller travel groups to lower the cost of my guests for the space they do not need. The 5 bedroom house is big enough for the most larger travel groups. Otherwise, you can book the 7 bedrooms together if you prefer.

There are several public parks and playgrounds, as well as a public library with free storytimes, a community center with kid’s activities, and a community pool.
