Our property offers plenty of space, measuring 55 feet long by 16 feet wide, making it ideal for large vehicles or multiple cars.
Master Suite:
As you enter, be greeted by the luxurious master suite on the left wing of the house. It features a king-size bed, a 65-inch Roku TV, blackout window shades, and a wall-to-wall closet. The ensuite bathroom is fully equipped with basic toiletries such as complimentary shampoo, body soap, and a hair dryer, enhancing your spa-like experience.
King Bedrooms:
• Left Wing: One elegantly furnished king bedroom features a king-size bed, a 50-inch Roku TV, blackout shades, and a spacious closet, offering privacy and comfort.
• Right Wing: Two beautifully designed king bedrooms each feature a king-size bed, a 50-inch Roku TV, blackout shades, and a spacious closet. These rooms offer a cozy retreat with easy access to the shared bathroom.
Shared Bathroom:
This modern, fully equipped bathroom in the hallway serves the bedrooms, stocked with complimentary spa-like toiletries.
Playroom/Entertainment Area with Sofa Bed:
Situated in a converted garage, the playroom is equipped with an AC split unit to keep the room cool year-round. Filled with games and a comfy couch by a 65-inch Roku TV, it’s perfect for both kids and adults. Additionally, it features a sofa bed ideal for two young kids.
Fully Equipped Kitchen & Dining Area:
The open-concept kitchen flows seamlessly into the living area, perfect for large families to gather. It includes all necessary appliances, a coffee bar, and starter basics. The adjacent dining area features a spacious table ideal for family gatherings.
Living Area:
At the heart of the home, this area is designed to accommodate larger groups, featuring a 75-inch Roku TV and a basket filled with fresh beach towels for a day at our popular nearby beaches.

Our expansive private patio is equipped with a swing, outdoor toys like cornhole, and a large table with ample chairs, ideal for grilling under the gazebo or gathering around the fire pit for s'mores. This fully fenced area is safe for pets and perfect for family fun.

Just past the living room, you’ll find the laundry room equipped with a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and starter laundry supplies.

PRIMARY GUEST & ID VERIFICATION
The person who makes the reservation must be the one staying at the property and present at check-in, unless pre-approved by the host. No third-party bookings without prior written approval. A valid government-issued photo ID matching the reservation name must be provided to the host at least 24 hours before check-in (via the booking platform or as otherwise instructed).

a) Pet fee: $50 per pet, non-refundable.
b) Pets are not permitted on furniture (beds, couches, etc.).
c) If left alone in the property or without adult supervision, pets must be kept in a crate/kennel.
d) Please pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste.
CLEANING COVERAGE (EXTRA CHARGES APPLY)
a) Pet waste or urine stain removal.
b) Excessive pet hair removal from furniture.
c) Smoke odor removal.
d) Accidents involving bodily fluids (e.g vomit, urine, feces) or other biohazards.
Note: Any additional cleaning, professional odor treatment/remediation, or replacement required for the above will be fully charged back to the guest.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Report any damages or dissatisfaction upon check-in. Repairs or damages caused by negligence will be charged to the guest.
CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES
Any fees or charges incurred due to guest-initiated cancellations or changes to a booking (including payment-processor transaction fees) are the guest’s responsibility.
