Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Property was clean and spacious. Rooms were large and far enough from each other for privacy. The couch was large enough for a large group and was the dinning table. The kitchen is the most well stocked kitchen that I’ve ever had at a rental. There were more dishes than I have in my home. The two large balconies have comfortable seating and face east so you can see the sun rise right from the balcony. If you want to go to the pool you only need to take the balcony stairs. Even though the pool is right behind the townhouse there wasn’t much noise, however we were there in the offseason. When you enter the house there are a flight of stairs to climb, which is nice because we got to keep our sandy shoes away from our living space, but may be a problem if stairs are a problem for you. The house was nicely laid out and looked really nice. One of the bed layouts changed after we booked so I suggest calling to verify the bed situation. In our case it worked for the better. Staff were helpful and answered emails, messages and the phone. Note: At the time of writing this booking.com has the room layout incorrect. There is a master bedroom with a king bed and balcony(top floor) another room in the top floor with a queen bed and a room in the main floor with a full bed.

Negative: There are a lot of mirrors.

Summary: Great stay in the keys. Would rent again.
