1 Bedroom House with Air Conditioner, Pool and Balcony

Bedroom suite including attached bath with both a tub and shower and a private patio in a 2000 sq ft. townhome located in an exclusive residential complex. A small refrigerator is also provided in the room. Shared access to the kitchen and living room. 1 mile from the Integris/Baptist Medical Center, great access to I-44/40/35, Lake Hefner Park, major employers, restaurants, and entertainment, 10 minutes from downtown.
Fantastic location near major employers: Integris Baptist and Deaconess Hospitals, Bank of Oklahoma, Love's, Midfirst Bank, IBC Bank and lots more. A mini refrigerator is also available inside the room to keep your personal food items.

Your residence is within walking/biking distance to Lake Hefner Park in an exclusive residential neighborhood 5 minutes from shopping and restaurants. Downtown OKC is only 10 minutes away by highway.
Other things to note-
You will live in the upstairs bedroom suite in a building with 2 other bedroom suites on the same floor. The living room and kitchen are shared amongst all resident guests. Your two -second-floor neighbors are also unrelated and are professionals. Your neighbors have been carefully vetted and have proven themselves to be good citizens. All bedrooms are individually locked for privacy.
There is a strict no smoking policy. Any smoking and that includes marijuana. We will impose an extra cleaning fee of $200, to professionally deodorize and clean all upholstery including beds, rugs, chairs, sofa.
No extra guests besides those included in the reservation; unless prior request and written approval for extra visitor(s).
Our apartment should never be used for commercial purposes without advance permission.
The complex includes a salt-water swimming pool and a clubhouse. Includes a queen-sized bed with a 5* Hotel quality mattress and linen. Ample parking is available immediately in front of the residence. All cooking utensils and spices are provided to cook food at home and save money. Come and try.
We will request a photo ID from all our guests. This is no different from if you went to a hotel. Our objective is to verify and also ensure that your account is not compromised. In the past year, we have encountered four such cases. Thank you for your cooperation.
Additional blankets will be provided to the guests on prior request before the check-in date.
After use please keep the iron back to the laundry area so that other guests can use it.
