2 Bedroom House with Air Conditioner, Wellness Facilities and Internet

Look at this conveniently located ONE STORY condo! The family room features beautiful laminate flooring, vaulted ceilings and a cozy fireplace. We provide WiFi and have a Smart TV in the living room with access to Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, etc. NO pets allowed.
Check in easily via the keypad on the front door.
There are two parking spaces in front of the home. If you need more parking there may be some available in the overflow area which when you come down Spoleto it will be the first right.
Neighborhood Quiet Hours from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine.
No boats, trailers, orboxtrucks
Stays of 10 days or more are subject to an additional cleaning fee.
No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.

Summary: Several bulbs burnt out in light, floor extremely dirty, sheets dirty. Very worn down property. Electric plug in boxes hanging out of wall. Shower was excellent pressure with soft towels. Owner did apologize for home being dirty said housekeeping would come back out but they didn’t.
