THIS IS THE MOST SECLUDED PROPERTY ON THE ISLAND, 1/4 MILE DOWN A PRIVATE DRIVEWAY With your own dedicated, deep water dock on the river... and a short 2 block walk to the beach... you have the best of both worlds!
Enjoy the sights, sounds and ambiance of the beautiful Folly River while sipping morning coffee on the back porch... watching the birds on the water front dock. At the end of the day, relax with a cocktail and watch the most beautiful sunset anywhere!
Bountiful oyster beds that are easily accessible and unlimited fishing and crabbing, makes this getaway a fisherman's paradise. The galley style kitchen is very spacious and well-equipped to whip up a delicious dinner from the fresh catch and local produce available on the island.
