Ocean Apartment is a Grade II listed building, it dates back to the 1700’s. It has bags of old charm and character, but tastefully renovated into a superb 4 bedroomed apartment situated right in the middle of the town centre and just 50 yards from the beach - it has the best viewing window for watching the world go by up the Esplanade.
The property is deceptively huge, and is made up of two old properties. Circa 1500 sq ft, the living area on the first floor is extremely spacious.
The property boasts original fireplaces and no less than 12 sash Windows. The property enjoys panoramic views up the Esplanade. They can be enjoyed from the armchairs in the curved bay window in the dining room. As to the Lounge which has views down into the town centre.
The property has 4 bedrooms, these are situated on the top floor, the apartment also has the added use of a double of bed in the lounge area. The large lounge also leads off from the dining room, this too has bay windows. On the first floor there is also a separate washbasin and WC.
