Summary: This could have been a great bungalow, but it was neglected and dilapidated. Our interactions with the host and property manager were pretty negative - they argued with us about why our issues were not really problems, they took a long time to respond, and we had an uncomfortable stay. Our issues included: Internet wasn't working. We reported this on Thursday. It wasn't fixed until Saturday. The exterior amenities were all a problem - there was an active hornet's nest over the hot tub, an armchair arm was broken, the string lights were not plugged in and had no available outlet. Inside, we had black mold around the a/c registers. The master bedroom was cratered, literally a giant and dangerous depression in the floor. The mattress was worn out and we kept sliding into the middle of the bed because of it. There were several light bulbs out, a few window roller shades that were broken and couldn't work, and the remote control batteries were all out. One of the TVs also had broken ports. I would never stay here again, and would suggest you look elsewhere for your vacation needs.
