Our family has a beautiful, sunny cabin in the State Streets neighborhood of South Lake Tahoe, and we are looking to find the perfect family, couple, or individual to rent it as a ski lease. The lease will be from November through April, with a flexible move in date in November.
Our cabin is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1572 sq ft home, with a fully fenced in and landscaped front and back yard. It has off street parking for 3 vehicles & a 2 car garage, connected to the home. It is a stylish & fully furnished home, with lots of charm.
The State Streets neighborhood is centrally located in South Lake Tahoe, and neighbors the Tahoe Keys community. It is a 5 minute drive to grocery stores, restaurants & breweries, and a 15 minute drive to Heavenly Ski Resort & the Village.
For the right renter, this home could be open as a summer lease as well, from June through September.
