King master suites with ensuite bath, King Guest room on main floor with bath, 2 Queen Beds upstairs with ensuite bathroom. 600 sq feet of wrap-around porch, grassy side and back yard and golf course lot with water view extend the family fun outside. Located on Hole #3 of the beautiful Raven Golf Course, enjoy the view of the lake and beautiful sunsets from our porch. During busy summer months avoid the traffic and crowds on Hwy. 98 and 30-A. Use of the provided 6-seat golf cart and 6 bikes means you never need leave beautiful, well-appointed and maintained Sandestin once you arrive. Enjoy the 2400 acre resort including the Baytowne Village and Marina, 4 championship golf courses, exclusive beach front access with sugary white beaches and emerald green waters a mere 2.2 miles and a scenic 8 minute golf cart ride from the cottage (with beachfront dining at The Beach House restaurant AND bathroom facilities...something you rarely find on 30-A). Bring the family and fill the refrigerators (2-FULL size) with your daily catch and cook up a feast to enjoy on our wrap-around porch. Or tee it up out our back door on Raven Hole #3 or at one of the other 3 golf courses, (2 resort and 2 championship). Bring your racquet to enjoy 15 world class tennis courts.
