Walk to shared private beach with beautiful views of Wellfleet Harbor! This attractive upside-down home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms is only 350 feet from Burton Baker Beach in the desirable Indian Neck area on Wellfleet's bay side.

Recent renovations make this charming home all the more desirable. The first floor has a light and bright open kitchen/living/dining area with new Pergo flooring. The main living area has a ductless split unit air conditioner and sliders leading to the wrap-around deck with views of the water. The newly renovated kitchen is well-equipped and has stainless appliances and a center island with seating. The living area has a brand new sectional sofa and flat screen television with cable and WiFi. There are two bedrooms on the second floor, both with a queen bed. There is a full bathroom with tub and shower on this level.
The first floor has a bedroom with a full (double) bed and a twin bed. This bedroom has a ductless split unit air conditioner and an ensuite bathroom with shower. There is a small foyer leading to a den with a flat screen TV and a queen sleeper sofa. New porcelain tile flooring throughout lower level.
Dine out, lounge and enjoy the bay views and amazing sunsets from the second floor deck. There is an enclosed outdoor shower and a gas grill.
Walk to Burton Baker Beach and walk or bike to Indian Neck Beach. Short drive to Wellfleet's ocean beaches and fresh water ponds and the town center and harbor for restaurants, shops, galleries and live entertainment. Short drive to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, Mass Audubon's Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary and Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, sites and trails.

Summary: The location is simply the best Wellfleet has to offer! Burton Baker Beach, which is steps away, is our favorite beach in all of Cape Cod. The house is a total dream! We came with our 3 yr old and another couple and their kids. The wraparound deck on the 2nd floor was the highlight - we loved relaxing out there first thing in the morning and at night. The house was fully stocked and had everything one would need. The kitchen was big and great to cook/hang out in. The beds were comfy and having access to a washer/dryer in the house was very convenient. My in-laws have a condo in Wellfleet off of the 6 but we opted on renting a bigger house and are so glad that we did. I would definitely want to stay there again!!!
