QUIET HOURS 9PM to 9AM 7 days a week. Please be mindful of your noise level and respect the neighborhood.
Smoking/ Drugs: This is a non-smoking and drug free house in or outside of the home. A $200 fee will be charged for any trace of a smoke, or marijuana smell or the use of illegal drugs. This includes if you smoke outside and bring in a smoke/marijuana smell into the home.
Absolutely no parties and no additional/unregistered guests will be tolerated. A $200 penalty will be applied if you host a party. While you have complete privacy inside the home, I have multiple security cameras on the property showing the number of people going in and out of the property. This is a quiet neighborhood. Please respect my neighbors and they’ll respect you.
If guests do not comply with the no party policy and quiet hours, a security officer will be called to the break up the party. All costs associated will be charged to the guest and may range from $200-$500. The police will be called thereafter due to the violations of the guest rental agreement and therefore would be consider trespassing.
An additional $200 penalty will be applied if there is lost items or damage done to the home to pay for any rush repair services or purchases. If the value of the damages, lost items and repairs are higher than $200, the full amount shall be charged to the guest accordingly.
A $200 penalty will be applied for a late check out to compensate for the cleaners time.
A $200 penalty will be applied for trash that accumulates to more than 5 trash bags a night or if you leave any large pieces such as furniture or appliance.
Pets: If you are bringing pet(s), they should be house trained. Please keep them off the furniture and beds. However, they are welcomed outside in the front and back yard. We don't allow more than 2 large pets or 3 small dogs. Please clean up after them upon your check out. If you don't clean after their poop, hair or other stains or damages they leave behind, then a minimum $200 cleaning/repair fee will be applied.

● Pets: If you brought a pet(s) with you, please clean up after them.
● Make sure to take all your items with you. Make sure to double check items that you may have left in the refrigerator, backyard, garage, washer/dryer, and the kitchen cabinets. People often leave items in these areas.
