This charming two-bedroom bungalow in Takapuna offers a bright and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for your stay. The house is set out over one single level. The spacious air-conditioned living area is at the heart of the home, with a handy study nook. The fully equipped kitchen includes dining and laundry boasting modern appliances with everything needed to ensure a comfortable stay. Families will appreciate the fully fenced garden, complete with a sandpit. There are also two porta-cots and various baby/child facilities are available for your use.
The house has excellent motorway access and good off street parking (max 3 cars), complete with electric gate.

Situated in a central location, you`ll enjoy a short 10-minute stroll to the beach and central Takapuna. Auckland hospital, supermarkets, playgrounds, shopping, and restaurants are nearby.
**PLEASE NOTE: the neighboring property on the back section is currently having anew house built. This will create some construction noise and disturbance. Accordingly, the accommodation rates have been reduced to account for any disturbance.**
