2 Bedroom Condo with Laundry, Air Conditioner and Pool

NEW TO THE RENTAL MARKET!
First floor two bedroom condominium in The Windswept community of The Peninsula. An open floor plan with a large living area is great for relaxing after a day at the pool or on the golf course.
The primary bedroom has a King bed and full bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and a Full bed and is adjacent to the hallway bathroom. The living room has a Queen sofa bed as well.
All Windswept buildings have elevators and are within easy distance to the the Lakeside Village where all of the amenities are located - indoor/outdoor pool, wave pool, restaurant, fitness center, spa, tennis, and golf.
Non-refundable Club Access Fees Required with Booking. Some restrictions apply.
All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.
This property does not allow pets.
Peninsula rules allow for a maximum of 2 cars.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great! Well stocked kitchen with supplies since we were cooking a lot for the kids and comfortable furniture to relax on (except the master bed was hard as a rock, other beds were great). The floors were all laminate which I really liked but the cleaning crew didn't clean them well. Our feet were dirty walking around barefoot. Otherwise, condo and clu amenities were wonderful and we would love to come back!
