Attractive, detached house with lovely garden and fine pool, located on the edge of the small old Roman village of Flaux. This village lies between the vineyards, 30 km from Avignon. The single-storey villa has a beautiful, large (1600 m2), enclosed garden. The terraces are designed so that you can choose to sit in the sun, or in the shade of the beautiful trees, or on the attractive covered terrace. From the latter terrace, you look at your private swimming pool (11m X 5m) with a lovely lounge sofa, and sun beds, which is illuminated at night. The villa (115 m²) is located at the end of a small road between some other houses. Because of the natural vegetation, there is plenty of privacy. Your cars can be parked in the yard in the spacious backyard or in the large covered garage. There is also a table tennis table here. There is a bakery in the village and an extensive walking area within walking distance from the house. It is 10 minutes from the picturesque town of Uzes with its famous Saturday market. In addition, half an hour from Nimes, 40 min from Avignon, and only an hour from the Méditeranée.

Cosy and carefully furnished living room (30 m²) with sitting area around the fireplace, large dining table and two doors to the garden and covered terrace.The large separate kitchen (25 m²) with dining area and nice sofa, is fully equipped, including oven, microwave, dishwasher, double sink, 5-burner cooker, large fridge freezer. There are 4 bedrooms, the beds are made when you arrive: two bedrooms with double bed (1.60×2.00), one (children's) bedroom with two single beds (80×200) and finally the fourth bedroom with 2 extra long beds (80×2.10). There is a bathroom with a double sink and bathtub. The 2nd bathroom has a shower, toilet, and a sink. In the hall is a separate toilet. In the scullery (cellar, low ceiling) are a washing machine and 2nd fridge and there is a toilet (closed by harmonica door). The house is allergy-free, so unfortunately pets are not allowed. Furthermore: WIFI, TV with satellite reception and Chromecast, DVD and CD player, radios. The swimming pool is fenced, not according to French safety rules, so the owner installed an alarm system in the pool.
