Wonderfully located in the gated community of The Hammocks of Seagrove Beach you will find the perfect vacation house at 'Hammocks Dream'!This lovely 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home offers casual but luxurious comfort and is only 0.4 miles to the Scenic 395 Beach Access. As soon as you enter the home you will be welcomed into the main kitchen and living areas of the home on the first floor. The beautifully decorated living room is both comfortable and functional allowing space for everyone to gather. Open to the kitchen you will find an over sized island with seating for six, updated stainless steel appliances and ample counter space! The first floor also features a master bedroom with a queen size bed and private bathroom featuring a soaking tub, shower and double sinks. Additionally on the first floor guests will find a half bath for convenience and a stacked washer and dryer.
Head up the stairs to the second floor where you will find the other three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is another master on the second floor with a queen size bed and private en suite complete with a single sink and walk in shower. The second guest bedroom on this floor has a queen size bed and the third bedroom is the bunk room complete with two sets of twin over twin bunks. These two guest bedrooms share a jack and jill bathroom with two sinks and walk in shower.
