Situated at end of a quiet gated cul-de-sac -safe for young ones. Ride bikes to wonderful shops or restaurants along beautiful 30A. Rosemary Beach or Alys is a short walk, and they have a bank; a Starbucks, a spa that offers a wide variety of relaxing spa treatments, a state-of-the-art fitness center with a certified personal trainer and instruction; wine and cheese bar, many gourmet restaurants and boutiques.

Ground floor has 3 rooms - two very large living/sleeping rooms (3 double futons, a queen and a queen sleeper sofa) and bath, 2 bunks and a trundle. Plenty of room for children in entertainment/bunk room plus a new bonus room.
Main floor contains study/sleeping room, bath, washer/dryer, and large kitchen, dining and comfortable family room and a huge deck with views of PC and Destin skylines.
Top floor has a beautiful master bedroom suite, large bathroom with jetted tub, large closet, room for a crib, and magnificent balcony to watch beautiful Gulf sunsets and views up and down the beach. A king and a queen bedroom, one with private balcony with views of Rosemary, Alys and Seacrest and our private heated pool.
Carriage house has own kitchen, washer/dryer, sitting area, 2 beds-queen and double, and private balcony overlooking the gulf and the pool. This is our second home and is furnished accordingly.
