The Space:
This retro style, updated home has a wraparound porch on the main level overlooking breathtaking long range mountain views. Guests must climb stairs to enter the home. Guests enter through the back side door, walking into the fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen has a traditional coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and all the essentials needed to cook meals while on vacation.
Through the kitchen on the main floor you’ll enter the dining area (seats 6) and living room complete with a gas fireplace and a Smart TV. Views from all the glass doors and windows.
Each bedroom has a king size bed with en suite bath newly renovated and designed by our lead designer with stylish, modern furnishings.
The 1st master on main level has a king bed and en suite bath with a standup tiled shower. The door of the bath conveniently opens up to the living room for other guests to access.
The stairs to the top floor lead to the 2nd king master suite with a large mount flat screen TV and an en suite bathroom containing double vanity sink, a standup shower, and a tub with tiled shower. This suite also has its own porch with seating for 2 overlooking beautiful views of the mountains.
The door from the kitchen (main level) leads to the lower level with its own living room and 3rd king bed with en suite bathroom, including new tiled shower and sink. The door from the bathroom through the converted game room with a ping pong table leads you to the 4-person hot tub and a sitting area under covered porch.
Please Note: The fireplace is non-operational and not available for guests to utilize.
Guest Access:
Enter through the back side door. Keyless entry. Code provided at the time of your stay thru the app.
Other Things to Note:
High speed WIFI internet is provided. Great for guests who want to work remotely. Cell phone reception is great as well.
There is a steep gravel driveway leading to the home. We recommend driving with caution to the top and ensuring that you have 4WD to access the home safely. Please read out Important Notice for Accessing the Property During the Winter Months.

Please be aware that accessing this rental may be challenging during snow or ice conditions. Exercise caution and plan accordingly. Consider equipping your vehicle with appropriate winter tires and check local weather updates before your visit. Your safety is our priority, so take necessary precautions to navigate winter conditions. If you have any concerns or questions, feel free to reach out for assistance. We are pet friendly; however, we have a pet fee of $125 PER pet, PER stay. We allow up to 2 pets. Please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to bring your furry friend(s). Please DO NOT use our linens/towels for your pets, nor allow them on the beds/furniture. Bring your own crate and leash and we ask you supervise your pet(s) at all times while outdoors. Thank you for your cooperation as it allows us to continue to provide a pet-friendly retreat for future guests!
EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES HURRICANE POLICY: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor during the dates of your stay specifically for the county in which the property is located, the extenuating circumstances policy will be in effect, and we will refund any deposits or payments paid by the guest. We shall have no additional liability concerning the reservation. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued, then THE STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT SHOULD THE GUEST CHOOSE TO CANCEL THEIR RESERVATION. If inclement weather in any other part of the country or world during the dates of stay prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation. During months when there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance.
Interaction with Guests:
Host won't be available in person, but guests are welcome to message anytime through the messaging app. Otherwise, an emergency contact is noted at the home for after-hour true emergencies (ie, no heat, no water, water leak/issues)
