This three-story townhouse offers comfort and convenience throughout its three levels. The chic main living space is located on the second floor of the home. Surround yourself with state-of-the-art decor as you watch your favorite shows or movies on the flatscreen TV after a long day strolling around downtown. Then, fix yourself and your loved ones a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen. This space is every chef's dream come true with modern appliances, including a dishwasher to make post-meal cleaning up easy. The kitchen also features a nice coffee bar/station and a four-person island. If you would like to enjoy a refreshing cocktail or beverage, the minibar off the dining area will be just ideal! This level also features a private balcony off the living area and a half bathroom.
