Summary: Neighborhood is in the midst of being revitalized. Convenient location for uber/cab. House has great space. Three bed/three bath. Clean enough-appliances were all smudged and several light bulbs out, but owner was responsive. Would recommend. Lot of bang for the buck and much better value than hotels by the strip!
