5 Bedroom House with Wellness Facilities, Fireplace and Internet

1922 square feet of living space. This fully furnished home has a closed-in sunny front porch, 4 bedrooms, 1 & 1/2 baths, dining room and kitchen. Extra sleeping options are available upon request. Free WIFI and TV usage. Back yard is fully fenced in for your pet. Propane gas grill. A fire pit with chairs and firewood are available upon request.
Please let us know prior to heading to South Bend how many beds/bedrooms will be needed. Those rooms will be unlocked and all set up for you then.
Three bedrooms and full bathroom are upstairs. One bedroom is downstairs on the main floor.
The first and second floor are available to guests. Neighbors are owner’s friends and are in close proximity. Loud music is not allowed because neighbors are so close. Please respect others at all times. Do not enter closets, basement or garage.
House trained pets are allowed. The back yard has a nice fenced in area off the back door.
Please send me a request if there is something you might want to borrow for at the house or to bring to campus. I have coolers, blankets, folding chairs, folding table, a wheelchair, etc. etc.

Summary: There are a few things I want to mention. The house was clean and well equipped with towels and dishes, or whatever you would need. We drove about 6 hours on the day of our arrival. It was almost midnight when we arrived and I had to sneak around the back of the house in the dark with a flashlight like a criminal to find the key and unlock the back door. It would have been nice if they would have left a light on. Once we entered the home, we noticed how hot it was, the ac was off and it was about 88 degrees. We just wanted to go to bed, but it was so hot. The air conditioning worked fine, but it just takes awhile for everything to acclimate. I felt like a lizard laying on a heating rock trying to sleep. It’s not a big deal, it would have just been nice if the air was on a little bit. Most of the time it’s probably not that hot anyway. The mattress and pillows are plastic lined which is sanitary, but not the most comfortable. Only one mattress is on a frame, the rest are just on the floor. There is not a hot tub as advertised in the listing. The front door is missing a door knob but still has a dead bolt. The back door is very easy to lock yourself out, minor inconvenience. The owner was very responsive to my messages. The stove wasn’t in working order, but there where other means to cook in, so that wasn’t too inconvenient. Overall it was an ok place to stay.
