Restaurants and stores at your doorstep, this 2000+ sf property is the perfect home for family getaways, professionals on business, and travelers/foodies who will enjoy ethnically diverse SoCal eateries (Korean, Japanese, Chinese, American-fusion) and close proximity to entertainment such as LA Live!, Sofi and Dodger stadiums, Disneyland, Universal Studio, Hollywood Museum, etc. Our designer 3-story home features 22-ft soaring ceiling in the great room, glass railings, modern furnishings, 55”-65” TVs with streaming options, high-speed WiFi up to 100 Mbps, and 2-car private garage with an EV-charge. The serenely quiet secondary bedroom, also on this floor, contains a queen bed, over-sized closet, a 55” TV, plush modern rug over hardwood, and a designer ceiling fan. The central full bathroom is conveniently placed between this bedroom and living room.
- The 3rd floor has the master bedroom with king bed, hardwood floor, a 55" TV, large his/her closets, full ensuite bathroom with large soaking tub, separate shower, separate toilet room, his/her sinks. A custom glass mezzanine 3rd bedroom with rare South Bay views of LA skyline, mountains, distant Hollywood sigh on the horizon, contains full-sized bed, closets, and hardwood.
Fresh sets of sheets, linens, and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone and a washer & dryer are provided - so you don't have to worry about that!
The gated community offers two spacious outdoor gardens with quarts/stainless outdoor kitchen featuring gas grills, burners, and beautiful fireplace and sofas.
