We are very attentive to our guests and we are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
The neighborhood is family friendly and quiet. The street does turn into a dead end so there's not much traffic.
Guests have access to the entire home including the front and back yards. The garage is off-limits.
We can offer an early check-in for $10 per hour, when available. Late checkouts are not possible.

We do not de-ice or shovel the driveway during winter months.
The thermostat has parameters set. The heat will go no higher than 74 Degrees Fahrenheit and the A/C (cooling) will go no lower than 72 Degrees Fahrenheit.
