Summary: Location. Location. Location. The locations was fantastic, you are walking distance from the beach, shops, restaurants! The home is an older home, however it has the charm, renovated kitchen and hall bathroom and looks exactly like the photos in the listing. Laura was incredibly responsive, check in was seamless and our stay was great. Cons of the stay but personally didn’t affect the overall rating for me. 1. Parking is tough if you have a larger vehicle or multiple, but wasn’t a big deal for us as we took advantage of walking everywhere, the weather was great. 2. If you are bothered by upstairs neighbors, you can hear them however nothing crazy beyond normal living noise. 3. The water pressure wasnt the greatest but again it is an older home so the expectations of all bells and whistles although renovated, aren’t going to be there. The host has a great sense of taste, and over all the desired location. Although I had cons, please note that I listed things simply out of the owners control. Great job Laura!
