This house was built in1906 it is one of 13 Duplex's built in Minneapolis during that time It has been in my family for over 75 year's The lower unit has 3 bedroom's a bathroom tub/ shower kitchen with a side pantry, a full size, living room and dinning room A full size backyard and a quiet sitting area on porch just off the kitchen The porch on the front of the house also has a sitting area/smoking area.. I am located 5 minutes from down town Minneapolis near major sports arena's.and conveniently close to all major freeways I live upstairs on property with my dog and we like meeting new people .
