You found the right place! Located in a great section of Pittsburgh (second safest neighborhood in the city) you can find it easy to navigate all points around town. We're located just a block from the T (trolley car) that takes you downtown and over to the North Shore. Popular destinations points for those visiting include Rivers Casino, Heinz Field, PNC Park, Stage AE and several nice restaurants and bars. You're also just a five minute drive from either downtown or the North Shore.
Our home is surrounded by some wonderful places to eat, such as MUSA a Caribbean Fare just a three minute walk. Our backyard is an escape to sit back relax, have a fire and enjoy an adult beverage or two.
House Description:
Built in 1925 this single family dwelling has a finished third floor with forced heat and whole house AC. The third floor can get quite warm in peak summer months but has a window unit which will need to run throughout the day. Accommodations include, three bedrooms and 1 bath. The third bedroom can be used to put down an air mattress, supplied by us or use it for your toddler or infant. (Just let us know what you need for the third room) Crib is also ready to use. The kitchen includes a dish washer, full size fridge, stove, and a toaster oven. There is WIFI access and you'll have use to a private office which includes a printer, fax and copier. Standard TV in living room and TV in 2nd floor bedroom.

Summary: Was able to stumble upon this gem after spending hours looking for homes that would accommodate my visiting family and be able to host a small graduation party. This place had it all. Noticed right away the nice welcoming message, "Congratulations, Jose" which was a nice touch to the beginning of a great weekend! The idea had been to host a small grad party in the backyard (which was beautiful and well taken care of) which worked out nicely. The front porch and backyard were exceptional, well decorated, and very welcoming. The lights in the backyard, small pond, and fire pit were a perfect touch to the ambiance. Although it did get a bit chilly towards the evening, we were able to get a fire going. The host was also flexible in allowing me to invite a few friends over for the festivities, and attentive to our questions during our entire stay. There was ample living room space as well as a playroom next to the kitchen which my 1-year old nephew enjoyed using. Although my family didn't end up bringing our dog, there would have been a nice dog bed waiting for him as well. We also enjoyed the small treats and drinks left for us in the kitchen. The air mattress was also set up for us - all rooms and beds were very comfortable and clean. Overall, my family had a great experience staying here and would definitely stay again in the future.
