Mountain house overlooking the forrest only 5 minutes away from Tamarindo Beach. This 3 Bedroom house accommodates 6 guests very comfortably. The house has a magnificent pool nestled in the forrest where you can hear, see and enjoy nature!! The house has all amenities to enjoy, a fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances, outdoors dining, WIFi and AC throughout the house. Located in a very quiet and safe private community very close to Tamarindo's lifestyle and beautiful beaches to enjoy.
The house is located in the mountain only 5 minutes from Tamarindo. Rental car or a personal car is recommended as you need to drive up the hill to get to the house. Road is all paved and in great shape.
Rancho Villa Real is a gated community with great neighbours. It is a very quiet area with lots of nature surrounding it. The house is nestled in the forest. You can enjoy nice walks throughout the community and also enjoy the club house.

Summary: We loved everything about the property! The kids enjoyed the pool each day, and we made some great meals in the beautiful kitchen! It was very spacious and had everything that we needed. It was fun hearing the howler monkeys each morning, and also seeing them in the trees right above the house and pool! It was overall a great experience!
