This stylish 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa is located on the beachfront in Playacar, just 10-minute walk from central Playa del Carmen. Casa Martini offers a private outdoor pool, free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and free parking.
Casa Martini features a poolside terrace with sun loungers and dining area. The lounge has flat-screen cable smart TV, while the kitchen includes oven, toaster, fridge, microwave and coffee maker.
Three en suite bedrooms, master bedroom and guest bedrooms with king size, and the third bedroom with two beds that can be joined upon request.
Just a 5 minute walk to the renowned 5th Avenue where you can enjoy incredible restaurants, shopping or just strolling. Also centrally located for the best excursions!
Maid service is provided 2 days a week, along with fresh towels and linen. We can arrange a private airport pick up, and have our driver pick you up at the airport upon arrival. Summary: This property is absolutely incredible! The house has everything you need. The beds are comfortable. The pool is great. It was a little chilly as it is in the shade most of the day. There's always lounge chairs in the sun no matter what time of day. I would have liked less people stopping by because we wanted privacy. Housekeeping twice and landscaper/ pool maintenance twice in seven days. Other than that, it was a perfect vacation in a perfect home.
