You would have full access to all 1,210 square feet of this home which includes a spacious master and ensuite, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a sofa bed and air mattress in the third room. -Please do not wear shoes inside. The downstairs floors are wood and may easily become soiled. A shoe rack is available at the entrance of the home for your convenience.
-Trash goes out every Sunday evening for pick up on Monday morning. If you happen to be staying during this time, please ensure that the trash is in the front of the home so that the next guests can also have space for trash.
-Before checking out, please load the dishwasher, take out the trash, and place all bedding and soiled towels in the washing machine/area. Excessive mess, furniture moved around, or any broken items will result in an additional $100 fine.
