Free tennis & pickleball courts in our community plus an arboretum & children's park.
There is so much to do, you will never be bored! The beach is only 3 miles away, there are tons of great restaurants and shopping in Boca Raton, and nightlife at comedy clubs and trendy clubs along Delray's Atlantic Ave. Plus, the new Bright Line train station that takes you to Miami or Palm Beach in 35 minutes is only an 8 minute drive away.
The house is totally remodeled, and features a screened-in backyard with gorgeous views of a large lake, a heated, screened-in pool, a patio with an outdoor table and chairs plus a gas grill for BBQing. Inside, there is 3- zone air conditioning, so you can regulate how cool you want to be when you sleep. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, double sinks, ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and shower, and black out shades. On the other side of the house are two bedrooms, with a separate thermostat and bathroom with a rain showerhead and tub.
The main family room has a super comfortable leather reclining couch and 86” TV with a dining nook overlooking the lake. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. A second family room in the front of the house boasts two more couches and a 65” TV. Sonos speakers. A third smaller TV is in the master bedroom. House has a full size washer and dryer in a large laundry room.
Remote workers will enjoy the office area. Just attach your laptop to the Thunderbolt dock sitting on the large desk, and you can use the two large monitors, keyboard, and mouse. High speed internet is throughout the house and you can also work poolside out on the patio.
Downtown Boca is only a few minutes away. Everything you need from groceries to Target, to Walgreens is just 2 minutes away.
No smokers please! Pets are only allowed with rentals of one month or longer and require a non-refundable pet fee.
