Park your car in the covered ground floor garage and take an elevator up two flights to your villa. The villa boasts an open-concept layout, ideal for family gatherings or relaxing with friends. The villa has two large bedrooms, each with their own private bathrooms. Both bedrooms are generously sized, each with its own private bathroom. Open the sliding doors to let the waves lull you to sleep and enjoy the soft sea breeze. The en-suite bathroom includes new vanity, tile, lighting, toilet and beautiful shower, as well as a separate vanity area. The guest bedroom is equally inviting, with two queen-size beds, a 55-inch TV, and direct access to the balcony's sitting area through sliding doors. The guest bathroom is also beautifully updated with new cabinetry, tile, and fixtures. The villa is equipped with a brand-new stackable LG washer and dryer and can be found behind one of the bedroom closets

Whether you are looking to enjoy the sandy beaches, relax under the sun at the Beach Club pools, golf on the spectacular courses, or just unwind while listening to the ocean, this home is where you'll want to be. Hop on a bike or a quick car ride takes you back to the top end of the island. Here you will find the Racquet Center with it's 15 Har-Tru courts and pickle ball; the Equestrian Center can arrange trail or beach rides for you; the Lake House has an outdoor pool and play ground plus a fitness center and indoor pool.
This property includes access to Seabrook Island Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
