Boasting tons of space to enjoy and laze around, and a stunning interior featuring a huge skylight over the main living area. The duplex is comprised of a lounge area, dining table, fully-equipped open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You'll find in the home everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Step inside, and you'll be greeted by the living area which boasts large floor-to-ceiling windows that lets in tons of natural light into the apartment. The place is great for entertaining and chilling with comfortable seating and a large dining table that can perfectly accommodate 6 people at the same time. The open kitchen comes with all the mod-cons needed to whip up a home-cooked meal, which includes a built-in induction cooker, a convection oven and microwave, pots/pans, and an electric kettle.
Upstairs you'll find 2 bedrooms, both are ensuite with walk-in showers, and dedicated frosted skylights to help filter in UV rays. The master bedroom is equipped Queen-sized bed, while the second room comes with a day/single bed. Both beds have been made up with hotel-quality linens for your comfort.
Additionally, there's a third bathroom downstairs with a bathtub for you to freely use. You'll also find we have provided fresh towels, and free eco-friendly toiletries for your convenience.
Your health is our highest priority and you'll find that the property has been professionally sanitized and cleaned prior to your arrival.

Travelling from my property is quite easy. It's only a 3-minute walk to Overground and a 6-minute walk to Underground (Jubilee line).

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
