Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home, and we kindly request that you dispose of any cigarette butts in the designated trash cans. Please make sure to dispose of trash in the provided trash bags and securely close them before placing them in the designated trash cans. If the trash cans are full, please leave the trash bags in the garage. For everyone's safety, we kindly ask that you drive at a maximum speed of 15 mph within the neighborhood.
