Our home is situated in a peaceful and quiet part of North Fresno. Conveniently located near great restaurants, shopping, and gorgeous Van Ness Boulevard!
Stay and get all the comforts of home! Features Queen-sized bed in one bedroom, one single bed on second bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. You're going to love this open kitchen and living room concept. Also, features flat screen TV, Dining table for 4, Refrigerator, Oven, Stove, wifi, washer and dryer for your convenience! And a fenced backyard!
Across the street from Benediction (incredible) breakfast and lunch spot, also Ding Ho (so good) take our Chinese food.
5 minutes from Target, 8 minutes from Walmart. 8 minutes from highway 99.
Parking: Park in front of the front door.
- Pet fee $50 for each dog and cat (non-refundable). Dogs over 30 pounds not allowed
-Dog/cat poop must be picked up - especially in front of the property or on the streets, there will be a FINE of $200.
-Early check-in fee $50, WHEN AVAILABLE only, kindly check with us on the day of your check-in.
Please note that the property is located on a busy road, kindly be cautious when walking on the busy street and always use the designated pedestrian crossing if there is one and as well as the footpaths.
REMINDERS:
- Even for longer stays we only provide starting supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dish sponge, dish soap, body soap, and shampoo. You will need to buy your own after it's all used up.
Primary guest ages 25 years old below, no reviews and not at 4-5 star reviews. We will require a $500 additional deposit which will be refunded at the end of your stay, given that there are no issues or any damages.

PET RULES:
- A $100 fee for the first pet will be added to the reservation cost and $75 for any additional pets and will only allow a maximum of 3 pets only. This does not cover any damage that may be incurred or cleaning up excessive pet hair or waste.
-IMPORTANT: Dog poop must be picked up - especially in front of the property or on the street as there will be a FINE of $200.
As far as bringing a pet, we can not accept pets or animals that are not fully potty trained or will possibly scratch furniture. We have some new furniture inside and will have to do a close inspection before and after to make sure there is no damage which we have to consider in regards to the security deposit, including smell or hair. Guests should be able to clean any hair out before leaving.
-$25 fee for Excessive pet hair cleaning up.
-Early check-in fee $50, WHEN AVAILABLE only, kindly check with us on the day of your check-in.
-Late check-out fee, minimum charge of $50 (depending on how late), WHEN AVAILABLE only, kindly check with us the day before your check-out.
-Any noise/disturbance that causes neighbor disruption will incur a $1000 fee, because that can lead to us being forced off Airbnb by the housing community association.
-No Smoking allowed. Smoking inside the property is subjected to $750 FINE which will be used to deodorize the home before the next guest arrives.
-There will be a $250 fine if we found our smoking detector is tampered after checkout
