New to the vacation rental market, this two story end unit townhome in the Peninsula is ready for your vacation stay!
The first floor boasts an open floor plan with a bright living space adjacent to the dining area and full kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all of the items necessary for ease of use. But if cooking isn't your thing, this property is close to the clubhouse for dining. The owner's suite, with King bed, has great views of the pond outside of the windows.
The second flor has another primary bedroom with two Queen beds and private bathroom. Two additional bedrooms, one with a Twin over Double bunk bed and room with a King bed share a hall bathroom.
The Peninsula boasts an array of first class amenities including three pools (a family wave pool, an adult-only infinity pool and an indoor pool for all). Tennis courts, a fully equipped gym and available spa facilities are just a short walk from your unit. In addition, there are miles of biking and hiking trails, a private sandy bay beach and a fishing pier. All of this within a short drive to Rehoboth, Lewes and Dewey beaches. Club Amenity Fees due with final payments. Some restrictions apply. All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package. This property does not allow pets.
Peninsula rules allow for 3 cars maximum.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
