Tucked away between Sister Bay and Ellison By on 3.5 wooded acres surrounded by orchards, Arnie’s Sanctuary is the perfect Door County escape. Nicely secluded but only a short walk to the water and Ellison Bluff County Park, this lovely setting is just a short drive from everything Northern Door County has to offer.
The 2500 sq. ft. open floor plan home was built in 2002. Situated on a small ridge, the abundant and oversize windows give you the feeling you’re living in a tree house. Three spacious bedrooms, two full baths, a huge sunroom and sitting room off the master bedroom gives up to nine vacationers plenty of elbow room.
Outside you can enjoy two full patios, fire pit, basketball court for the kids and hiking trails adjacent to the property. There’s also parking for up to six vehicles and plenty of space for a boat.
