Summary: It is a newly built house and neighborhood is nice. The space for living is HUGE and made for nice family gatherings. Furnishings are pretty minimal (such as no dressers, etc..) in the bedrooms to unpack, lack of end tables in living space, no chairs on back patio. Pretty bare bones. Arrived late on first night and no linens, pillows or blankets provided for the futon in 3rd bedroom. Owner did supply a few days later. All the outlets were out in the living room and had to find correct breaker in garage to reset and get working. the pull out fridge drawers for the middle and bottom freezer were not attached on one end and would have come off if pulled hard. There are two AC units but the front unit was shut down and would not come on. It was in the high 80's all week and the guests in the back bedroom froze while we ran that unit to try and keep front bedrooms semi-cool. There was water damage in the laundry room right below the front unit so I assume that is why the unit was turned off at the master switch. Also there are large crankout windows through out the house but they have no screens on any of them so opening or getting fresh air in is useless. The nights were cool so this would have been helpful given the AC issues. Oddly all the homes in this development have the same issue. While the price was decent for Nashville, based on all the issues I do not feel it was worthy of what I was charged.
