Positive: Turistic location is excellent, close to a great variety of shops. Security was good. Spacious rooms. Clean. Great rooftop for relaxing.
Negative: The odour at the entrance and staircase is quite bad. Maybe because the garbage room, located near the front door, has no appropriate ventilation. This is a very active commercial area and music and loudspeakers from the business in the street is quite remarkable until late, and trucks delivering goods, and street cleaning, very early in the mornings, are noisy. Better noise resistant windows would be advantageous to have. In the flat we were, only one room had windows, though, but the ventilation was not great in the other rooms, so, especially in the bathrooms, sewage odour, or maybe mold on the walls, was noticeable.
Summary: Few issues, but it's very good stay overall
