Our 2 beautifully redesigned townhomes are perfectly located, offering convenience, luxury, & comfort for groups of all sizes. Open kitchens & spacious living areas, they serve as gathering spots for everyone to enjoy. Each home features 6 bedrooms w/ multiple sleeping arrangements, totaling 14 beds (including bunk beds and 1 air mattress). With 4 full bathrooms and 4 half baths located throughout.
*We have 4 additional town homes in this complex if needed!
We have a massive living, dining and kitchen area all in one open area that your group can hang out and enjoy at each home. We have a small balcony off both kitchens that is perfect for a morning coffee or evening drink while catching the sun set.

Our homes also has a 2 car garage each for you to use along with plenty of free street parking.
All of this and you're only 2.5 miles from Broadways Honky Tonks and walking distance to multiple "Locals" bars and restaurants.
We have a keyless locking system. You will gain access to the home via a house code that we create specifically for you. That code will be sent to you with your check in instructions a few weeks prior to your arrival and you may share that code with your group if you wish. YOU WON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT SHARING OR LOSING A KEY! :)
We will not bother you but will be available during your stay if you need anything or have any questions. We use a contactless check-in/check-out method, you'll just need to door code which we will provide.
We are located just off of 8th Ave South (a little over 2 miles South of downtown). The immediate area allows for you to walk to multiple bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and a park!
You are welcome to bring a car and use the garage but if you prefer not to drive, UBER/LYFT are always available 24 hours and are typically less than a 5 minute wait.
If you have a large group we have 4 additional/similar units that are all connected in this small development. You can add on as many as you like as long as they are available.
**If you would like a Nashville recording artist to come to our home and play a private acoustic set of your favorite songs and even some originals, please just ask us how. His name is Noah Alan and you can find his music on all platforms!

We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150
1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.
