Positive: Everything was great; the owner explained all the details. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay at this host. There are restaurants nearby where we got to know the local owners. There are plenty of different activities, and we could watch and listen to concerts on the local square from our balcony and even catch a glimpse of the fireworks. The apartment is located on the central street, and the balcony faces the northwest side, so the sun only appears in the evening. Things certainly don't dry quickly. The sea is nearby, a 5-10 minute walk. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine. We were not aware of the peculiarities of French apartments, where bed linen is not provided by default. The host understood our situation and provided us with blankets. The next day, we bought our own bedding.
Negative: Only one set of keys. It is impossible to leave or re-enter the building without a key, including using the elevator. One window faces the central street, and the other faces the parking lot. It's quiet from the parking side, but when the neighbors come, it feels like they are walking inside the apartment, and everything is easily heard. The laundry drying rack holder is broken, and the drying area is small. Replacing it doesn't seem very difficult, as you have seen similar ones in the neighboring shopping center. I had to deal with ants that were creating trails to the bathroom and kitchen through the front door. The air conditioner is located in the corridor, resulting in the main room being colder than the bedroom. The bathtub drain was working very poorly. There is no shower at the beach. We had to wash old dishes, and it ended up with us buying additional cutlery for ourselves.
Summary: Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay at this complex.
