Absolutely stunning 4 bedroom home “Into the Mystic” is ideally situated in WaterColor’s coveted Park District offering a fresh, coastal and elegant look. “Into the Mystic” is a mere 3-minute walk to the newly renovated Beach Club and 300 steps to the gorgeous white sand beaches of 30A, with easy access to the Lake House for recreation on Western Lake or a relaxing stroll through serene Cerulean Park. Newly painted, furnished, and refreshed! The home's large front porch offers an inviting entrance to the main living area boasting architectural details including a white vaulted exposed-beam ceiling and beadboard walls in the living and dining rooms with antique pine floors throughout. The very spacious living room/dining room combination is ideal for entertaining or enjoying a relaxing day at home. Enjoy the gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, marble counters and ample space for preparing meals. A ground-floor master bedroom opens to the home's rear screened porch with bed swing for afternoon naps. Filled with warm tones, the master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, flat screen TV, and private access to the bathroom with double vanity. The second large first level bedroom utilized as an additional master bedroom option is furnished with a king bed, wall mounted television, and private bathroom.
