The York Surf Beach Club is just a walk down the street as well as Lobster Cove restaurant, or a short 5 minute drive to York Harbor Inn for a quick bite at the Ships Cellar Pub or dining at their historic 1637 Restaurant with incredible ocean views!
Pebble on the Point offers a master bedroom on the first floor (king bed) as well as a full bathroom. Kitchen-Dining room, living room and sunroom with new clothes washer-dryer for your convenience and day bed for extra guests.
The second floor offers two bedrooms (1. one queen bed and 1 twin daybed) (2. one queen bed and 3 twin beds). Renovated bathroom with shower. You have accessed to the second floor deck from one of the bedrooms and also from outdoor stairs.
After an exciting day of sun and surf, you are sure to enjoy sitting on the deck having a glass of wine and some appetizers. The outdoor patio is a wonderful, sunny, gathering space which offers seating at the outdoor picnic dining table. In the evening you can gather on the Adirondack chairs with propane fire table for the cooler ocean breeze evenings.
The living room offers a sofa and two accent chairs. The back room´s daybed is the perfect place to cozy up with a book or taking a nap after a long day at the beach.
The fully-equipped kitchen offers all you need. Go ahead and use our lobster pot to cook your own lobsters or walk down the street to Lobster Cove restaurant. You will also have the use of the gas grill in the back yard to barbeque your favorite meats and vegetables. Simply relish the sweet salt air while your dinner cooks to perfection.
COMFORT: Enjoy soft beds and luxury linens, comfortable seating and plenty of room for everyone. We have new Mitsubishi A/C and Heat units on each floor.
FUN: The second floor deck and private backyard ensure ample space to gather and create lasting memories with family and friends. We have WiFi, TV, board games, cards and an assortment of beach toys for your use.
SAFETY: Keeping safety in mind Pebble on the Point has smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors on each floor as well as a personalized key code for your peace of mind.
