The luxurious, two story classic house is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac on hole 1 of the Raven Golf Course. An inviting oversized porch spans the front entrance with cozy seating. Step into the bright coastal chic home with high vaulted ceilings and plenty of window light sprawling over the open concept living space. A chef inspired kitchen boasts plenty of countertop space, stovetop hood, cabinet style double door refrigerator, Wine Refrigerator, Built In Nugget Ice Maker, French Press, Waffle Maker, Panni Griddle, Crock Pot, Air Fryer, Sous Vide, and Crab Leg Crackers. Adjacent to the kitchen is a beautiful built in beverage counter with accommodating wine fridge and dual refrigerator drawers.
A first floor master bedroom has a king bed and state of the art therapeutic massage chair. An en suite bathroom features a tiled shower and a sunken walk-in closet with desk/vanity. On the same floor, the guest bedroom features a queen bed with an adjoining bath and walk in shower. Both main level bedrooms have private door access to the front and back porches. The third bedroom has four full beds, bunk style, with lighting and charging stations as well as a desk area, walk in closet, and full bath.
A large covered back porch with Adirondack rocking chairs and side tables is perfect for enjoying early mornings or late afternoons after a day at the beach. Step down onto the paved patio, take a seat, and relax. Enjoy the picturesque scenery of the course along with palm, evergreen, and magnolia trees. A bar-b-que grill is available for your cooking pleasure. Paved shaded pathways make going by golf cart, foot, or bike very enjoyable. When it's time to get out and about, there are two 6-seat golf carts included with this property.
