About this space
Our 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo is located 1/4 mile to Mt. Abram (main lodge), 10 min to Bethel, and 20 minutes to Sunday River. After mountain biking at Mt. Abram, enjoy the spacious living room and balcony views of the mountain. The upstairs loft has additional living space and a flatscreen TV for the kids. We have magnatile toys and blocks. The condo is 1000 sq ft.
The space
Our condo is conveniently located near Mt. Abram's mountain bike park and beer garden. Adults can cook dinner and enjoy drinks at the breakfast bar while the kids head upstairs to the loft bunk room, which offers sleeping and living space with a 55" flat-screen smart TV. Toys include Magnatiles, wooden blocks, and a Thomas the Train set. The condo has fast wifi (and cable TV) if you need to get work done while you play in the mountains of Western Maine. Beautiful views of Mt. Abram from the balcony. Our place is comfortable and has an old-school ski condo vibe. Please enjoy yourselves and also respect neighbor who works weekends and keep noise down.
Guest access
Guests will have the whole condo to themselves. There is plenty of parking in front of the unit. We will leave keys in a lockbox. Coin-op laundry, located in the basement of the building, is the only shared space.
Other things to note
Please note the upstairs bedroom is a loft that is open to the downstairs living area. The spiral staircase is not ideal for toddlers and we don't have baby gates at the condo. Coin -op laundry is available in the basement of the building.
