Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Nice location in a garden area about 500 m from the sea. The equipment is older but functional.
Negative: Check-in was not allowed even a minute before 16:00. Although we paid €87 for the final cleaning, we were still asked to clean, and there were instructions in the house such as turning off the bathroom heating when leaving – which we did responsibly. However, one day before the end of our stay I received a message from Novasol saying that I should expect an additional bill for water and electricity, and that if I wanted to dispute it, I should have taken photos or videos of the meters at arrival and departure. My message was ignored, so we left the accommodation a day earlier, leaving it clean. We are very tidy and responsible guests (I personally rent out 21 apartments in Prague), so this approach was very disappointing. Communication was poor.
Summary: Nice location close to the sea, but the host’s approach was disappointing. Very poor communication.
