Surrounded by nature, you’ll have your own private yard on a 5000 sqft lot. A 1700 sqft house built in 1990 has had the new windows installed for your comfort! This is all yours for the duration of your stay. The neighborhood is near 3 lakes as well as a river, only minutes away from a pub, coffee shop, grocery, bowling, liquor store, kayak/paddle board rental and gas station serving ice cream! We provide toiletries as well as seasonings for cooking, tea and fresh linens for each room and bathroom. The host as well as the housekeepers take their guests experience very seriously so they are always a text away if you need anything. You’ll have an ironing board and laundry machine and dryer for your stay downstairs is where you’ll find it in the half bathroom accessible by the door outside under the carport. The laundry machine is shared with the owners suite downstairs. The parking is free for about 3 vehicles and there’s street parking for your dinner guests. A blow up mattress is provided downstairs if you have a sleep over. The house is alarmed if needed.
