We love the peaceful location of this lovely family house, set in a quiet village but with easy access to all the Lake Districts attractions.. Ground Floor:

Bedroom 1: With double bed.
Bedroom 2: With bunk beds (double on bottom, single above).
Shower room: With shower cubicle, and toilet.. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. . Enclosed garden with patio and garden furniture. On road parking. No smoking.. You enter the property via a small porch, the ideal place to kick off your boots and coats and step into a welcoming open plan living/dining area. The chef of the family can still be part of the conversation as they prepare a lovely meal in the well-appointed kitchen and then it is an easy transition to the dining table before settling in for the night in front of the TV and log burner. Upstairs there is a good-sized master bedroom, a family bathroom and a second bedroom with bunk beds to delight the kids. Outside is a spacious, enclosed garden with patio area.
