Summary: We loved our stay. The location is fantastic and for us with children being opposite the playground as well as such a short walk into town was great. Rye is just a lovely place and with Camber Sands and other lovely places to explore nearby you canâ€™t go wrong with the location. The main living space is really well equipped with loads of kitchen stuff, sharp knives, comfy sofas and a great selection of books and games. The beds are comfortable and shower is a good pressure. Weâ€™d definitely come back. Things to note from other reviews - The noise from the road wasnâ€™t as bad as weâ€™d thought it could be knowing the area and seeing other reviews. The garden could do with some TLC and the steps leading up got a little slippery in the rain so did need to hold onto my 3 year old going up and down but not enough of an issue to detract from the benefit of everything else. Weâ€™d definitely come back!
